Why does it seem to me that probation in SC is a money racket? Is it really good for the community and does it help rehabilitate the people?

It does seem to me that there is a lot of evidence pointing to the fact that the probation praol department is a money racket.

All they want from me is my Monet, I pay everything goes well, I get behind I get violated,just went Through my 5th violation, was told to get IT paid up or go back to prison.......caught 4 fresh felonies trying to get IT paid up before court date...served 15 Years, been home 4 years first time ive had any problems with the police ..probation know people wont hire you because of ya record , so how u supposed to pay all this money..I was told to figure IT out or I would be going back to prison...now im facing 15 more for figuring IT out
