Why can't ya call your local Aldi's.

I've have had the same question and decided to do a little research to find out. For the same reason Aldi makes you use a quarter to get a cart...it supposedly helps cut down on overhead costs. Employees spend their shift stocking shelves and checking out customers instead of tending to phones and herding carts.

You should be able to, they have a phone!
