You have to be a member, then it's free.
Depends on if you want swimming lessons or aqua fitness -- those have extra charges. But access to the pool for swimming laps and other swimming is free with the membership.
No fees for members but the membership does have a cost. The membership cost depends on what type of membership you purchase (family of single). I'm not sure if it's open to the public or the fees associated if it is open to the public.
