Go to the website. At the top it will has a button to go to a questionnaire about your symptoms. Answer those then it will give you locations. Choose a location, then they will give you a time slot to go be tested. They will send you a confirmation and a barcode to help once you arrive. They did a great job, fast, friendly, professional.
