Why is it that every time I get to go orders and write it down cause I can't talk well since my stroke I NEVER get what was ordered but am charged full price; I know they can read well enough to charge me for what I wrote down but they can't or

That I understand but like I said I had a stroke and I have to send someone with the order written down because they can't speak English very well the bottom line is that they need to really pay attention to all orders and I been told half the time they are too busy talking and joking around; and I've been paying for food I didn't get today was the same; I atleast should be able to get free food or coupons

Always check your food before you leave because they can always forget something.
