Thank you for answering, but this has been recently changed. There is no longer a 24 wait, per the state SLED agents we spoke with. There is, however, a $5 charge, for your lifetime membership. Please have a valid state or federal ID when you come in. Thanks :)
Memberships are "free", but there is a 24 hr wait. You have to come in, "sign up" for membership through bartender, and then "wait" for 24 hrs and come back and get membership, unless you are with someone who is already a member, then just have them sign you in as their "guest", ask to sign up to be a member with bartender, then next time you are there, ask them for your membership card, which will be ready by then.
