Which artist would you recommend for a coverup? I’m trying to help out another Army Veteran that made a huge mistake on her choice of tattoo. I recommended an artist in Charleston, but still open to others.

One of Co-owners named Darcy worked on mine, partil cover up with all around fixing the mistakes of the person who started the tat. He did a great job.
