Do they have a breakfast buffet daily? Or do you have to order breakfast off the menu Monday thru friday... I see they open at 6 am.. Is there any kind of buffet daily?

Monday thru Friday and Sunday, you have to order off the menu. Breakfast buffet or menu order on Saturday.

Breakfast is not a buffet, but is great. Lunch is a buffet and it is also great.
