You need to call Home Depot corporate office and talk to a representative there and then ask for the district manager over that Home Depot store
Customer service here used to be good there. It has gotten much worse ladt coupke og years. Don't deal with local management. They are the problem. Go corporate and be loud.
Which one? The one in McDonough has always been great for me, but usually know what I want.
