Yes, they allow leashed pets on the front patio but service dogs only inside the restaurant. They also offer small meals for dogs as well.
Yeah you can, i believe they also provide dog bowls to give them water
I've seen other people with dogs outside on the nice covered patio. Not sure about inside but the patio is nice.
