You will have to call during business hours, 10 am - 6pm during the week (closed on Wednesday).
I think you just show up early grab a spot and they come out and take your money later in the day. Not sure how much,. It's been a while since I sold there. $35/40 ???
I don't know. I've never had a booth there.
