Ok I need some clarification. Dr. Reddy is always always always late I mean 2 to 3 hours late. If our appointment is at 3:30pm we dont see him sometimes till 5:30pm and the visit last for 2min.. I am 15min late for my appointment they reschedule me.

Am never late... that's their policy...when you make a policy you need to stick to it. And they are not doing me a favor... without patients they will be not use of a doctor and vice versa... it's called respecting my time and I respect your time. If you give an appointment for 3:30pm then see me at 3 :30pm not 5:30pm...then give me 5:30pm. Am really surprise you actually think they are helping me and not both ways... but each for their perspective on things

My advice..dont be late. They are helping you..not you helping them.
