Has anyone ever successfully talked to any one at this business? They have a phone line but do not pick up. I know my order hasn't shipped and it will not arrive in the time frame i need so i requested to cancel. Now they are ghosting me.
Why won't u exchange my daughter's shoes that were a christmas present for the correct size? Is that too much to ask?
