When is rent due and when is a late charge due and how much

Thanks for reaching out, Ms. Patterson! Rent is due on the first of each month, and considered late on the 6th. The standard late fee is $50, unless stated otherwise in your contract. Please feel free to stop by our office anytime for questions!

Rent is due by the 5th at the latest, after that it's a late charge of about $150 (might depend on how late, I've only been late once and that's what I had to pay). I encourage you to let the office staff know what is going on. Communication always makes things easier.
