It doesnt matter. 20 minute hold is uncalled for. Why did u wait the 20 minutes anyway. Hang up and call back. Next time call pizzeria mozz u wont be on hold the food is 10x better then any of these chains and customer service is exceptional..
It's up to you, but have to understand that when you deal with a business like this. The later in the day or week the buster it gets.
