We placed a order just morning online when we arrive at McDonald's My boyfriend was told the system was down and was told to repurchase the order by cash when the was already purchased and has the confirmation number QF53

They do this a lot here at this location. Always states their system is down so you can use cash or they can overcharge you for something and keep the extra pocket change. They had a drive thru lady doing this. Call corporate. If their system is down every other day of the week for 365 days, they clearly have an issue and need to be shut down.

They need to be reported.

I try calling the McDonald's 8900 JM Keynes Store serveral times no answer to discuss the issue of the matter no answer. I live in California so I can't come into store to resolve this matter. All I know that if this store is taking advantage of their customers by over charging and pocketing money from the register thats robbery. The order is $12.75 they wanted my boyfriend to pay for the again that's $25.50.
