Definitely call them. My husband used to work there. Just go there, they will serve you.

Just call on phone. I never use the online thing. Tell them it's not working. They really are best place for your car repairs.
If you can't get through one way, common sense tells you, you try the main line. And explain to them your having problems. They probably would like to know that anyways. I would if I were a business owner. Or...drive right in. I've never been told they couldn't take me and I've always gotten in right away. They are good about that.
