I came to get my first oil change for my sierra here at apple valley GMC. I made an appointment with them after arriving at the dealer ship turns out it takes 45min to one hour I said not a big deal ill wait. I've been here almost 2 hours. Really??

You dont usually have to wait a very long time but they do a check on your truck and are a good service department but not super big they will treat your truck very well though

Enjoy the free coffee and downtime. They aren't an incredibly large facility so be patient, they'll have made a note of your wait this time and be sincrre in their apologies for it.

Was your appointment made for a wait for it or just a service appointment? Having limite space , normal number of personal I can understand. Having your own business I would think you would understand.
