Their menu is excellent....they also have gluten free and vegan items!
My current favorites are the Chia Pudding and the Savory Quinoa Bowl. Their Tomato Basil soup is good with their Grilled Cheese Sandwich, too.

They do have a menu. It is served all day, and it mostly consists of sandwiches and breakfast foods. Delicious fresh food and healthy. The Breakfast Burrito is the best thing ive had there.
