I just got back to my office after purchasing a cheese burger and salad from your Lebauer location. When i opened the box, there was no cheese on my burger and no salad dressing even though I requested ranch. Is your service always this poor?

I will say once again, S I did in my last review the food is delicious but the service is poor

Mary i would say contact the restaurant directly. When you post here it shows up as a forum question for google guides and not a direct ask to the restaurant. I would add i have eaten at Porter House several times and its been spot on each time. I dont work there or have any affiliation with it but I feel sure they would make it right for you.
