No, I did not get to talk to him until the day or two before my hearing. And I never met him until my hearing. Believe me when I say that the lady's that answer the phone know their stuff, they do. They handle the little things and let him do what he does best.

It takes time. Don't assume you aren't "good enough". This B2B has high reviews, so they are high in demand and this can be an issue with speaking with someone right away. Just keep trying.
