I recently found out that WalMart stores allow campers to park overnight. Its a 24 hour store if you want to chance it.
This store is 24 hours and since they are usually open they do not check if cars have been there for extended time. It would suggests against it because it is not safe, but if this is the only option you have they do not tend to ask people to move along.
