I would say for an annual exam, around $125 - 175. These are GREAT vets!! WELL worth it...

Yes, it depends on if you need any diagnostic tests, etc. But I will say that they are worth every penny. Have been taking my cats to them for years and the entire office is amazing. They are kind, knowledgeable and really love animals.

I don't precisely recall offhand, but I spent a minimum of about $100 each visit.
