No buffet, but the food is excellent.
I've never seen a buffet there, but, they may have one. I don't believe I've been there for lunch. I've been there many times for early dinner though. We think it's excellent. Our son is in school at UT. We make it a point to visit Flames whenever we're in Tampa. Food and service are excellent.
