My vehicle is paid off, I have the title & a letter with my ratings for the VA (80%). My drivers license is already changed to my new address. What paperwork do I need to bring in order for it to get switched from Texas to Georgia plates?

Title with the lien removed or your title with a lien release letter, GA license, proof of completed emissions test, proof the car is insured in current state and the and the MV-1 tag and title application.

Car title, Georgia state driver's license, proof of Georgia state car insurance, and you must have your emissions done and passed within 30 days of going in to get your tag and bring the print off they give you into the office. I'd also bring 2 forms of proof of your residence in Henry County just in case. I just moved from Arizona and had to do all of this when I moved to Georgia last month.
