If its a registered service animal
If its a seeing eye dog and you have to asked first I think

You can only bring service dogs inside of the grocery store they cannot ask you for documentation of a seeing eye dog
Sometimes they allow it unless it's someone who claims that their small dog is a service dog, but general rule is service dogs only

Yes I have seen service dogs and very small non service dogs
They will not let you bring it inside because there's food And they say animals are not allowed around the food unless it's a service dog
