No, you can't park there but there's two rest areas - one each direction that you can park your truck at overnight. While I have seen trucks and rvs parked in their parking lot - it's up to your discretion to risk it or not.
They do allow parking overnight.

There are signs that say no parking. But I've seen several trucks have parked there for a single night.
