Depends on available dates. I put mine off for a few months and had my choice. I will say that if you have to wait, he is well worth it!!

I'm not sure, however I've not had any surgery scheduled. I do know getting an appointment with him is fairly quick. If I had to wait to have him as my surgeon, I'd wait.
