Not sure what you mean by "dine in"? Sweet Hut is a bakery and coffee shop and the order placement is done by self picking the bakery food you want and ordering for coffee, tea or juice by the cashier as you pay.
You can pick your food from the bakery items placed in front or order from the menu at the counter. Sit whereever you get the place to sit. Outside sitting is available too.
Order at the counter and sit wherever. They also have tabkes outside so you can bring your dog.
