Any concerns should be directed to management, or corporate. Reviews can be listed on the website you initially booked tour trip with, like Expedia, etc.. If the experience was a bad one, report it to the Better Business Bureau. You can also report them to code enforcement of the county which the motel is in. Be aware that any emails sent to code enforcement becomes public record for any one to view, including Motel 6.

I would call and ask for management of that hotel and start there.
