Rocky Road does offer one of their Top Shelf prerolls for only a dollar for people on their birthday. Unfortunately due to the nature of the laws they can't give away product, Colorado must be able to tax it.
Best case is to call them and ask last week it was 3 for 25 or 10 a piece
They do a $1 preroll with any purchase on your birthday
