You have people that use them and don't need them. This Walmart is better stocked then the rest in Macon.
This is not an upper crust Wal-Mart. Try Zebulon Rd. Much nicer with more assistance and nicer equipment.
The reason is walmart cant argue with the customers and a lot feel having a hang nail is just cause to use a handicap cart and handicap parking without a handicap tag or flyer.
