You should have received a pamphlet with all your warrenty information. If it is the manufacturer warrenty, then you have to call the manufacturer. If you paid extra for an extended warrenty, reference the warrenty plan information guide that you should have received upon purchase and contact them accordingly.

I called the store. And then if it's not them they can then tell you who to call.
