The J C Penny's has a big and tall department with a pretty good selection.

Maby WallMart or the Ross they have a bunch of stores here I would suggest looking arround if they don't stock them they can order what u need.
At Christown Spectrum JCPenny Target Ross Walmart has an average selection of large womans sizes.
I believe wal-mart only carries up to xxxlg.
