I bought a wall clock 3 days ago It doesn't work. What is the return policy,,, I can't find my receipt?

Bring your I'd and as long you have the price tag or you can find one the same one on the sales floor you can return it

As long as you have your id and the price sticker on the clock you should have no problem returning the clock. They may not give u cash back without the receipt but they may give you a Ross gift card instead.

I'm sorry but I believe you need your receipt. But you could always try still!

Call the store before going up there. If you used a debit card you should be able to prove your purchase.
