The Phlebotomist there are well trained and take care when doing their job. You only feel a small pinch from the needle after that no pains. They always ask you if everything feels ok.
Not any worse then donating blood
Sometimes at the stick but not to bad.
It's not too bad, the needle is a larger size than normal so the initial prick can sting a bit, but that's all.
