If this place opens at 7 and I’ve been calling since 7:15 and it’s now 7:30 and nobody is answering the phones, does that means it’s not open? I’d like to know before I drive all the way up

They are busy, of course I have never heard a phone ring there before, but i can guarantee the times they post are accurate. Of course need to observe holiday times too
