I live in the Enola/Mechanicsburg area....which local banking establishments or ATMs can I use for cash withdrawal to avoid the additional fees - "In Network" banks so to speak. Thanks!!

CVS ATMs are the ones that they tell you to go to. I never get charged using them. The ATM is owned by Santander

I prefer using an ATM at a Sheetz. They are surcharge free but the card will charge you a light withdrawal fee.
