Which is better Eyebrow threading or Waxing?? Is there a eyebrow threading store in this Mall??

Yes there is National chain brand threading store, it's call BrowArt23. I go there once every 2 weeks never had bad experience they have well trained licensed staff and really clean and upscale environment. It's right next to Victoria Secret. Easy to find. There is another store that does threading but they have teenage girls working they charge a buck less but will mess up your eyebrows.
