Honestly Walmart's return policy has stayed steady with 90 days with receipt 30 days without on smart TV's as long as everything is included such as the Box all the cables and documentation you usually won't have a problem getting your money back after 30 days or at least exchange it for like product within 90 days. Walmart has generally had the best return policy of most retailers these days as long as you're not trying to pull a fast one... you're golden.
Not sure exactly, however I have noticed for awhile now their return policy not being printed on the receipts, leading me to believe that if they had any sort of certain parameters we (the customer) need to follow or know about, they should let us know in writing when we bought it. You know what I mean I would go in there and try to return it. Also believe that maybe going in there ahead of time and trying to talk to managers and seeing which one you feel the most comfortable during conversation,, go back to make the return win that person is working. it's important. It's been my experience in many retail locations that what happens is contingent upon the individual at that moment whom I am communicating with, so one thing may be okay with one employee and not with another.
