When is Walmart doing gift wrapping at store

Not all Wal-Mart stores well offer the gift wrapping service, although from what I understand, if they do, it will be 3.99 for a blue box with a white ribbon for most items and or should be free for jewelry items. Most Wal-Mart's offer the free gift box for jewelry items.

I never heard of that, I guess the Walmart I go to doesn't do that.
