There's some free parking on most streets and reasonably priced public lots for about a dollar an hour. Most parking spaces switch to residents only after 11pm

Small parking lot is free but with just a few spaces for non-residents. Easy (free) street parking on 11th or 12th if the lot is full.
You actually have free parking on 12th 14th 19th 20th streets just don't block driveways and walk across. All day long. It's so low keyed and a little slice of heaven!
I'm pretty sure the parking is a dollar or two an hour, it might be more, and you can park till 11pm.
