Go to the store & speak to the staff
I think you need to address this problem in person with the Foodtown management. I had items that weren't delivered the other day and immediately called the store and they delivered the items immediately. I have found this store and the management put the customer first and I would NEVER wait several months to complain on Facebook for monies owed me.
You should call headquarters and provide them with information. Im sure they will refund you immediately if the right information is provided.
That sounds horrible, maybe you should get in touch with headquarters?
