Hi thanks for your feedback. However, it was properly explained to the customers that booked the event we do not provide to go plates for their guests unless they pay for it. Yes, they paid for the food & at the end of the night the customer that paid for the event received their left over. The staff did not take the customer's food home. Feel free to ask them if Brasserie Creole took their food and they will tell you a hard no we did not do that. The customers didn't pay for their guests to have take out plates in which we purchased for our takeout section so I hope you can understand why the staff would charge for a to go plate. It's unusual, you should report that incident to the manager. I hope that doesn't happen again.

I understand why maybe they could charge you but $5 for an empty plate is kinda extreme. $1.50-2, or even $2.50 would make sense. But 3 plates for $15 makes no sense.
