I ate there this past spring and had a bottle of non-carbonated water that was in a cobalt blue shapely glass bottle. It was nice and cold and so refreshing. Does anyone know what brand it may have been?

It's either Saratoga Springs or Ty Nant. Those are the only two I know of in a blue cobalt bottle. Both have carbonated and non carbonated versions.
