For it to be $10, it'd have to be between the wrist up to the shoulder. Or below the knee. Yes, they'll discuss the amount for placement and size before you commit.
The prices start at $10 and up. The person at the reception desk will be assisting you with your price and you can ask any questions before they do anything. That’s the lowest of the prices. I hope that will help☺️
