My question is, is it a scam or all this checks a legitimate thing? I tryed to get in touch with the fraud department, but was told by someone whom dont speak English, in customer service. That they dont have a fraud department

You need to call member # on back of card for any problems or go in person & they take care of anything very quickly. I've been banking with them for years & they are excellent

Wife has used them for 20 years. Her mom just retired from Seasons. I think only 2 or 3 branches now.
