Something happened Friday morning so l was just asking a question. taking the bus from Westshore in Milford to the Connecticut mall do l have to ring the bell if l want to come off or the bus just have to stop when it reaches the Connecticut mall?

Depends on if Connecticut Mall is the final stop. Go to their website GBTA and you will see maps and specific routes for all buses.

If it is the last stop, you don't have to. But if it is not, you have to ring the bell or pull the chain before your stop arrives
