HOA has now increased to $45.00 per month. There is also a area to park your RV or boat, free of charge by the club house. Nice quiet area to live.
$35.00 per month. Includes Maintenance of roads in the subdivision. Maintenance of public parks in the community, clubhouse pool, shuffleboard court, and swing, set and horseshoe area. It does not include property taxes or any maintenance on your property. Dues are expected to increase in the next year or so as there has been no dues increase since 2005.
