They take EBT so I don't see why they wouldn't take pandemic EBT. Which is merely another form temporary albeit due to covid-19. In summary pandemic EBT is still just EBT merely a temporary boost to current EBT. So you should have already qualified and be receiving EBT prior to the covid-19 pandemic addition.
